Ludlow Grey is a full-service creative agency specializing in experiential/event strategy, design and production. Based in Brooklyn, NY, the agency was founded in 2019 by twin sisters, Sarah McAdam and Brooke Smy Perez, under the philosophy of connecting brands and consumers through immersive, narrative experiences rooted in strategic insights and analytics.
Our focus is always on our clients, ensuring we are understanding and articulating their goals and objectives in ways that are authentic, unexpected and ultimately lasting. We pride ourselves on conceptualizing campaigns that are inherently media worthy, beautifully immersive and consistently layered with amplification tactics that provide additional reach and exposure.
THE FOUNDERS
SARAH MCADAM, CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF STRATEGY/CREATIVE OFFICER
Sarah McAdam’s background includes an extensive ten-year career at one of NYC’s 2018 IT List experiential agencies as the EVP of Strategy + Creative Development, where she was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing award-winning marketing campaigns for brands such as Warby Parker, IBM, IKEA, Peloton, LG Signature, Dyson, NBCUniversal, Sephora, Google, Blue Apron, Kate Spade, Jack Daniels and PUMA. Prior to her agency work, Sarah led brand marketing and communications for Method Products in San Francisco, where she built the company’s consumer advocacy program and helped to transform the small start-up into a $100 million company in its first seven years. Her early work includes public relations management for beauty brand Bourjois Paris and marketing at publishing giant Condé Nast.

BROOKE SMY PEREZ, CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF MEDIA/PRODUCTION OFFICER
Brooke Smy Perez’s recent work history spans 14 years at Tishman Speyer as the Senior Director of Media + Entertainment, where she launched the company’s media and entertainment program and was responsible for negotiating, approving, and overseeing event production and film, television, and photo shoots, as well as licensing for the company’s properties, such as Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building and the MetLife Building. She also managed the firm’s key relationships with NBC, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The TODAY Show, and Saturday Night Live.
Brooke eventually took over programming, entertainment, and production management for the then-newly renovated Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center, booking talent such as The Roots, the Count Basie Orchestra and Brian Newman and Lady Gaga, among others.
